COMPLAINT
COMES NOW, the plaintiff together with the undersigned counsel to
this most honorable court, MOST RESPECTFULLY STATES THAT;
1. The Plaintiff is of legal age, married and a resident of 333 Ilok
Road, Iloilo City. The Defendant is likewise of legal age, married and
temporary residing at 334 Ilok Road, Iloilo City.
2. The Plaintiff and Defendant are neighbours in Ilok Road, Iloilo City.
3. On the night of December 31, 2014 until the morning of January 1,
2014, the Ilok Road residents had their annual New Years party.
4. The Defendant, without any reason approached the plaintiff angrily
and he was holding a bolo.
5. The Plaintiff ran but the Defendant was able to catch her.
6. The Defendant threatened the Plaintiff that he will kill her while he
was holding a sharp bolo knife.
7. All of the residents saw the incident because it occurred while they
were enjoying the New Years feast.
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully prayed of
this Honorable Court that judgement be rendered in favor of the
plaintiff and that after judgement;
a. The defendant shall be convicted of Grave Threat.
b. The defendant shall be ordered to pay P 60, 000 for the
Attorneys Fees.
Such other reliefs and remedies under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
