STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

The purpose of the study is to determine the consequences of having insufficient teachers in

Senior High School and how it would substantially affect the behavior and the comprehension of

every student in every Senior High School students.

Specifically, it sought to answer the questions:

1. What is Insufficient Teacher?

2. How do insufficient of teacher affect the performance of students in Senior High School?

3. What causes the insufficient of teachers contemporaneous to the implementation of K-12

Program?

4. Is there a significant relationships between the insufficiency of teacher and the academic

performance of Senior High School Student in Matuyatuya National High School?


SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

This research study focuses only to the effects of insufficient teachers to the performance

of the student in Matuyatuya National High School. The respondents limited only in Senior High

School students and teachers at Matuyatuya National High School about their perceptions in

inadequateness of teachers in SHS contemporaneous to the implementation of K-12 program.

The researchers will use survey, questionnaires and interview in conducting a research to get

more valuable information.

It will be managed in the Senior High School of Matuyatuya, Torrijos, Marinduque.


SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

Students- The results give the students knowledge about the effects of the insufficient teachers

and study will make the students aware of the effects of teachers shortage on their learning so

that they will know how to cooperate with the teachers contemporaneous to teachers

insufficiency.

Teachers-The teachers will gain information about their insufficiency and they will think some

alternatives for it to be more effective in the learning of the students and how they can support

their teaching.

To Parents-This study will help the parents to remind them that being a guide, their first

obligation is to teach their children to have a good behavior and to encourage them that as a

student of a school having an insufficient number of teachers, they must be cooperative and

willing to learn more although there is an insufficiency of teachers.

To School Administration-This study will help the school administration to know and

understand the effects of having insufficient teachers towards the student learning.

To Future Researchers-This study will the future researcher to provide right ideas and more

accurate study about the effects of teachers insufficiency towards students performance.
