I am Jhon Jhon D. Lantaya, 23 years of age. I live in Purok 4 C, Gusa, Cagayan de


Oro City. I graduated at Lourdes College with a degree Bachelor of Science in Social
Work. I would like to apply as a Social Worker in your office because I believe through
my experiences in working at Maria Reyna Xavier University Hospital Incorporated
(MRXUH) located at Pinikitan, Cagayan de Oro City and Mother Ignacia National Social
Apostolate Center (MINSAC) located at Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. During my field
practices it molded me to become more matured in practicing my profession. I also
believe through my experience as student assistant in Lourdes College helped me to
develop my capabilities and made me more responsible in any task given to me. I
learned how to be flexible in different areas in the school offices where I was assigned. I
believed this could be a great help in different work I will be handling in your office. The
