Dear Professor ZHANG ZHONGXIAN

Hope you are doing well. I am Ghulam Mustafa a Bachelor degree student of Civil
Engineering at B.Z.U University, Pakistan. Dear Professor, my Bachelor's degree is going to
be complete within two months. I am working on my final year project "Hair Fibre
Reinforced Concrete" these days to fulfil my degree requirements. I am hopeful to get my
Bachelor's degree by the end of June 2015.
I am looking for a Master position under your supervision. I am planning to pursue my Msc
under the Chinese Government Scholarship Program; It is funded by China Scholarship
Council for the foreigners willing to pursue their education in China. I am in need of
Supervisor acceptance letter to apply for this scholarship. I have study your publication and i
am willing to do my Msc in Structural Engineering. For details about my carrier goals and
