This study examined determinants of good newborn care practices in suburban areas of Kathmandu, Nepal by looking at cord cutting practices, breastfeeding practices, and family behaviors toward mothers and newborns. The objectives were to determine factors related to safe cord cutting, good breastfeeding, and supportive behaviors exhibited by family members.
