CATHY Good evening everyone and welcome to Tagaytay!

Welcome to a night of bright and colorful lights and mystical silhouttes in celebration of a
CARLO wonderful life of a girl who is now turning into a fine lady.

This is quite a very important event in her life and we are glad that all of you who are here
CATHY tonight took the time off your busy schedules to be here tonight.

Thank you for gracing this momnetous occasion, because as they say, "pwede ka na makulong
CARLO at 18." <joke into you are only 18 once>

All of you have watched her grow over the years into the amazing person she is now and I
CATHY guess this transformation can be attributed to the people who were with her since day 1.
We would like to acknowledge, and welcome, the key persons who took a great part, not ony
in making this event possble, but also for bringing our debutant into the world and for raising
CARLO her into the fine lady she is today. Ladies and gentlemen, it is with great honor and pleasure
that we introduce to you the ever supportive and loving Amboy family.

CARLO Before we proceed we would first like to introduce ourselves, I am Carlo.

And I am Cathy. Aside from being friends with our debutant, we are also both students of
CATHY Ma'am Janet Amboy.
Favorite students, I must say. Kaya kailangan namin galingan kasi bayad kami. Joke ma'am.
<jokes> Moving forward, you know the family, you know us, it's about time to open tonight's
CARLO celebration. Here's a quick look of how this day came about. After a few months of
preparation, ___________________ made this Save the Date video that showcases our
debutants beauty. Let's watch this.

Tonight is a celebration of adultood and thanksgiving of the life God has given to our lovely
CATHY celebrant.

Tonight is a night that calls for a grand celebration and it is our pleasure to introduce to you
CARLO for the very first time, the reason why we are all gathered here tonight, ladies and gentlemen.

Are you guys ready to see her? Let us put our hands together, as we welcome the highlight of
CATHY this celebration, the brightest light tonight, ladies and gentlemen, our debutant,

BOTH Ciamerie Jay Amboy!

CARLO Wow CJ, you look amazing!

CATHY She always has that charm, kanino pa ba magmamana diba, I mean look at her family.

Well thats how you make an entrance, diba Cathy? And now, to say a few words of welcome,
CARLO we would like to ask Daddy Don, who is actually in awe and is speechless right now, by the
way, to please come up on stage.

Thank you daddy Don, we'll be hearing more from him later, but for now let us have an
CATHY intermission number from ______________________, as a jumpstart, before we proceed to
the first half of the 18 somethings.
Thank you. Those 18 somethings are literally something, cause we are about to unfold the
CARLO awesomeness of our debutant. What gesture can be more appropriate than being surrounded
by 18 dapper gents?
As we all know, the 18 roses signifies coming of age. We have now come to the part of the
CATHY program that these dapper guys have been waiting for a chance to have a moment with our
lovely debutant as they dance to snippets of our debutant's favorite beats.
CARLO So let's not keep them waiting, here are the dashing 18 Roses with our beautiful debutant.

In any Filipino debut celebration, it is an undeniable fact that this next moment is the most
CATHY loved. The last dance is usually reserved for the most handsome and most loving guy in the
debutant's life, but apparently that guy wanted to have his own moment.
So ladies and gentlemen, to dance with our debutant, let us all welcome, CJ's most special
CARLO rose, Daddy Ruel Amboy!

CATHY Thank you daddy Atty. It was sweet, but pretty emotional right Carlo?

Grabe sinabi mo pa. Cathy there's more to that dance behind the emotions cause for me it
CARLO kinda signifies CJ's first step to womanhood, and its daddy Ruel's some sort of stamp of
approval, or acceptance of this period in CJ's life.
Thats too sweet for me. Ugh. LOL. So anyway, thank you again, Daddy Ruel and CJ. We can
CATHY now move on to the last segment of the first part of our program and that is the 18 Bills!
Nako, uulan ng bills sana makakuha tayo Cathy! Haha kidding aside, the next segment would
CARLO be the blue bills, as they say. This symbolizes financial stability and independence. So without
further ado, here are the 18 blue bills.

CATHY Thank you very much! I guess that concludes the first part of our programme.

We are nearing the most awaited part of the evening, the dinner! But before we dig into the
CARLO sumptuous buffet prepared by Estancia, may we now call on _______________ to say grace.

CATHY We'd like to request everybody to please stand as we say our prayer before meals.

<To fill the room with music while we are having our dinner, we will be serenaded by
_______________, this will be followed by performances from Mr. Aldrich Maru San Pedro

CATHY Cardona, so please watch out> And by the way, the Mobile is now open. We also have a
photo booth stationed there <name of the mobile bar , what they will be serving, they
prepared drinking games that Im sure all of you will enjoy, but dont get too drunk kasi may
 second part pa yung programme>

While some of you are still feasting on the delicious buffet and the decadent dessert, we will
CARLO now continue with our program with the 18 Memories.
The 18 Memories symbolize important instruments that the debutant might need in her
CATHY journey to [Link] treasures may also be the tools that encourage her in the
present, or give her something fond to look back on.

CARLO Ladies and gentlemen, let us all welcome our debutant's 18 Memories.

Thank you very much! CJ I hope you treasure those memories, as you make new ones as you
CATHY enter this new phase in your life.
Well, Im sure Cj will do just fine. Some of you might not know this, but aside from being a
CARLO smart young lady, CJ is also a performer. So to showcase her singing talent, may we ask the
debutant and ___________________ to take it away.
Ladies and Gentlemen, singing _________________, lets all put our hands together for the
CATHY detubante herself, and ______________________.

Thank you very much that was amazing, san kaya nagmana ng singing talent tong si CJ LOL!
CATHY And now to proceed to another exciting part, ang kanina pa hinihintay ng mga bagets!
Let us now proceed to the 18 Shots. I can still rememeber the time when we planned for this
CARLO and Ma'am Janet wasn't even aware of this "shots" thing and I was like "maam inuman po
yon." LOL but more than that, it's just similar to giving a toast, but in a less adult, boring way.
18 Shots is an expression of honor and goodwill towards the debutant and to start the shots,
CATHY let me call on,

Now that the toasts have been made, it is time for the most sung song of all time, ladies and
CARLO gentlemen lets all cover our ears but sing our lungs out for the birthday song!

Happy birthday CJ! Let us give our debutant a bigger round of applase. So after she blows the
CATHY candles and makes a wish, it is now time to cut the cake.

As CJ has reached the age of maturity, she will now cut the cake and give a portion to her
CARLO parents as a symbol of her love and gratefulness to them.

If there's one person here tonight who is more than grateful to see all of you, that would be
CARLO our beloved debutant, CJ. Let's all give her a warm hand.
