To perform Customs Bond related all sorts of works;
To perform yearly Bond Audit of RMG;
To Check the Proforma Invoice, writing the information for typing in a new LC
Application form , LCAF & process the LC opening proposal for LC open, amendment &
retirement of the documents from the Govt. & private bank in time;
Checking the HS Code of the goods for any kind of duty facilities & normal delivery from
the port without any problem;
Check the bill of entry after receiving the requisition from the CNF Agent;

Ensure the delivery of the goods in time by strong follow up from supply to factory for
smooth production;
Communicate with Supplier, Insurance Company, PSI Company , CNF agent,
Manager(C&F Operation) Corporation, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Line for smooth
delivery of the goods;
Proper LC follow-up to carry on the shipment in the right time;
Preparing the fund requisition for documents retirements from the bank, Duty pending
from the Finance & Accounts and margin due to open the L/C;
Communication and negotiation with clients or business associates.
Ability to handle all logistics activities related to export, import.
Capability to handle all types of BGMEA & EPB related work and port & customs
operation effectively & efficiently.
Supporting the Manager Commercial , GM,MD in day by day commercial activities.
