English Lesson Reflection: Letter G

The student taught an English lesson on the letter G for their second lesson. Their outcome was for students to be able to read and write G, which they achieved. The student regrets not using a reward system to better control the students, though the class behaved well. They did not have much preparation time since being told the night before, but delivered a good lesson overall. For next time, the student plans to prepare more in advance and check the lesson plan more closely.

Reflection 2

Couse: EPC-2903
Course Teacher: Antoinette Wiseman
Done By: Ayesha Hassan
The second lesson I taught was an English lesson for the letter G.

My outcome was that students would be able to read and write the letter

G. I achieved my outcome in the lesson I taught.

The thing that I regret not doing in this class was not using a reward

system. When I use reward system I can control the students more. But

the students were acting fine and they were engaged but some of them

were not behaving.

I didnt have so much time to prepare my lesson because the

teacher told me the night before that I am going to teach, I didnt practice

but I delivered a good lesson. During the activities time I forgot one

activity and I didnt give the students the activity. I remembered after

teaching the lesson.

I shouldve prepared the lesson before and practiced it. I also had to

check the lesson plan to make sure everything is going the right way.

During centers time the children finished very fast their activities but I

had enough materials to make them go and do other activities. But I had

good time management and I delivered the lesson on the time I had and

didnt go over the time limit I had which is a positive thing.
