Arsenic (As) removal from groundwater (GW) was carried out by
electrocoagulation (EC). The total energy consumption (ET) was
taken as a response variable according to the smaller is better

Taguchi method was used to optimise the process parameters that
significantly affect this energy consumption, which are:
Interelectrode distance (d),
Current density (i),
Liquid motion driving mode (LM)
Electrode area-reactor volume ratio (A/V)
