Transcript Reflection

Within my high school transcript, I Can easily find many accomplishments as well as

faults. I have the high grades to prove of the hard work and effort that I have put in to my

education during my high school career. However, I also have a share of lower grades that show

the lack of understanding I had during my high school career.

All through my Junior year, I struggled with my AP Calculus class year in and year out. I

was also working at the time and was suffering from a lot of emotional stress. I was trying to find

a balance in my schedule when I myself was close to tipping over. Test after test, I saw little

improvement. I did all that I could and came in during lunch for tutoring but even then, I still had

little understanding when it came to the test.

My working and emotional stress did have a lot to do with my grades in that class as

well. Ap calculus being the hardest class for my mind to grasp and also having the weight of a lot

of stress on my mind did not seem to work out for my benefit at all.

However looking back, I have learned to give myself the time necessary to allow my

mind to relax and relieve any weight that may be on it. As a result, I have raised all of my grades

my senior year and my first semester I had a GPA of 4.3. I will continue to learn from this

experience and will take it with me to college.
