On Thursday, they began coding and making their own website, which they were excited about. In Geography, they learned the counties of Ireland and were surprised by how many they already knew. On Friday, the Russian teacher was absent so the class started learning the Russian alphabet from another student, though the learner found it difficult.

6th-10th March

On Monday we started our new timetable and I am


excited to start yoga and Russian. In music we played the
ukulele and I really enjoy learning how to play it. On
Tuesday after lunch we went to the Mansion House in
town to do our YSI speech and I think we did really well. I
was really nervous but once I was on stage it was ok. On
Wednesday in Siamsa we watched a documentary in Irish
about Ireland and I really enjoyed it and I thought it was
really interesting. On Thursday we started coding and we
are making our own website and I am excited to start
because I think it will be really fun. In Geography we had
to learn all the counties in Ireland and I was surprised at
how many I already knew because we learnt them in
primary school. On Friday the Russian teacher wasnt in
so Christina started to teach us the Russian alphabet
because she can speak Russian and I find it really difficult
to learn. In health and fitness it was raining outside so we
didnt run the mile, instead we stayed inside and did
exercises inside, I enjoyed it.
