Audience Feedback on Hip Hop Magazine

An audience survey was conducted for a hip hop magazine called "Explicit". Most respondents were female aged 13-24. The majority found the magazine to fit the hip hop genre and liked the color scheme. Gender, age or ethnicity of artists did not bother most. The masthead and main image caught readers' attention first. Respondents felt the magazine was challenging stereotypes of the genre. The masthead was visible to all. Most said they would buy future issues of "Explicit".
