Gripping Horror Scene Breakdown

A young girl goes for a walk along a boardwalk but is suddenly grabbed and blackouts. When she awakens, she finds herself tied up and trapped. She manages to cut herself free with a knife but as she runs through the trail, she begins hallucinating and hears strange sounds. She trips and falls, then backs into her attacker who grabs her by the neck. The camera goes black as the viewer hears the gruesome sound of her neck being snapped. When the camera returns, it shows blood on the ground and slowly reveals a broken skull covered in blood, ending the film.

THE HUNT

ESTABLISHING SHOT: SHOT SHOWS THE AREA AND
THE LOCATION OF THE SCENCE.
OVER THE SHOULDER SHOT, MASTER SHOT:
The scene starts off with the young girl
getting out of her vehicle, and walking over
to the small boardwalk, she stands and takes
in the view.
Long shot, Mid-shot, Point of view shot:
The shots will show the girl walking down
the path, only to be interrupted by the
sound of footsteps right behind her. She
continues to walk down the board walk
when suddenly, she is grabbed and
blackouts.

High, low angle shots, track: The scene


shows the girl tied up and trapped. She
quickly looks around for her escape, and
her eyes land on a knife in the ground.
Cutting herself free, she gets to her
feet and dashes away.

Hand-held, low angle, mid shot: As the


girl frantically runs through the trail,
she begins to see hallucinations and
hears strange sounds. She trips and falls
and picks herself up only to back into
her attacker. She turns around to face
the threat and is grabbed by the neck the
camera goes black, and the viewer is left
with the gruesome sound of a neck being
snapped.

High angle: The camera comes back on to
the sight of blood on the ground. The
camera slowly turns to the sight of a
broken in skull, covered in blood and the
film ends.
