TheRightsofCitizens
The Wanted have free speech.
The Wanted are allowed to be in love, and are free to interact without the burden of government
monitoring. They must not, however, have intercourse or interact sexually unless it is granted to
them by the governing council, and takes place in the Breeding Room.
The Unwanted have few rights, and exist to expand the Wanted territory, surviving how they
wish, and farming with their own methods.
The Unwanted may breed however they wish, as extra Unwanted members can assist in the
expansion of the cave.
The Unwanted may do whatever they wish behind the steel wall that divides the societies. When
the door is shut, the Unwanted become irrelevant to the Wanted. Therefore, their actions behind
the wall are not necessary to monitor.
EducationandHealthcare
The Wanted hold important jobs to the success of society - engineers, scientists,
politicians, communicators, and farmers. Young community members are assessed for
their best skills and are asked which jobs they might prefer. These factors are channeled
into a job assignment, when an experienced mentor will educate the child and equip
them with the needed skills to become a contributing member of society.
The Hospital tunnel exists to ensure the health of Wanted community members. Nurses
and doctors there will tend to any member requesting medical assistance.
The Unwanted need only the education of the one job which they have - to expand
Wanted territory by wearing away at the rock of the underground walls. Hard working
Unwanteds have the responsibility of training their children to work.
The Unwanted are responsible for their own healthcare. If an Unwanted cannot appear
to work because of sickness, they are sent upstairs.

Oppositely,ifababyofanUnwantedmotherisbornwithoutHIV,theyareWanted,andbelongin
theWantedterritorytoberaisedbythecommunity.
TheWantedandUnwantednevermeet,butarevaguelyawareofeachotherthroughcommunity
storyhour.
