Dedication

First and foremost, I would like to dedicate this book to our Almighty God. Without Him,
this work will not be possible. I want to thank God for the guidance, unending love and
lastly for the blessings He gave to me and my group mates in doing this work.

I also dedicate this study to my family, with whom I am greatly indebted. To my Mama
and Papa, thank you for the guidance, giving me financial and moral support and for
nurturing me through the months of writing. Without them, my happiness will not exist.
To my twin, who supported me in my determination to find and realize my potential, to
my younger brother and sister, I want to thank you all for the undying support just to
finish this book. Thank you for always staying on my side whenever I need you. I
wanted to make you all proud of me.

I also dedicate this work to my BESTFRIENDS, my comrades right from the start and
one of the sources of my happiness . To 4IE, colleagues and IE Professors, thank you
for the love, support and help. This is all for you!
