We are Management students of UPV Tacloban College and we are currently engaged in the
preparation of a research study entitled, Preliminary Course of Actions on the Rehabilitation of Self-
Confessed Victims of Substance Abuse: A Case in Tacloban City.

With the end in view of knowing the plan of the local government concerning the drug
rehabilitation program in Tacloban City, may we pay you a visit on February 8, 2017 1:00 p.m. with the
main purpose of conducting an interview with you or your most trusted officer regarding the following:

1 The role of TCC in rehabilitating self-confessed victims of substance abuse


2 The processes done by TCC
3 The problems encountered by TCC
4 The effectiveness of such procedures done

In connection, we would also request to your good office if you can allow us to interview
some victims of substance abuse for this would be a great help for us in making our research more
comprehensive and reliable.
