The area of study was small therefore the result cannot be universally accepted.
The study sample size was small only 95 respondents therefore it cannot be considered as a
full proof study.
The researcher had collected data by using convenient sampling because of which there is a
possibility of certain deviations.

AMWY and MODICARE are well established brand among the customers and they are using it
from a long period of time. Customers are satisfied with AMWAY but they want improvement in
MODICARE. Customers are satisfied regarding the quality of AMWAY and they agree to
recommend it to their known people.
This make me to conclude that AMWAY is a much more preferable brand in comparison to
MODICARE and almost all respondents were satisfied with this brand including all its products
and services which makes it a leading brand in the market and a prospective growth in future.
