AUTHORIZATION

This is to certify that I, __________________________________________, hereby


authorize my daughter ______________________________________ to take over the
authority of applying for a renewal of my expired Professional Regulation
Commission License for Professional Teachers. As such I also give my authority
to her to sign documents with regard the renewal and claim the license as well. I
cannot personally apply and claim due to distance of my workplace to your
respected office.

Attached is a copy of my PRC License which will be the subject of renewal which
bear my signature.
