A. Training Hours:
Training runs daily from 8:00am. through 2:30pm.
Refer to the included schedule for details.

B. Participants are Expected to:


1- Fully commit to daily training hours. Noting that a
report of daily attendance will be sent to their
training departments.
2- Not to smoke inside training room.
3- Turn phones off during training sessions.

A program completion certificate will be provided to
the participant if he attends no less than 90% of total
program duration.

methodology for improvement projects
