Dear Sir/Madam

RE: REQUEST FOR CHANGE OF CAMPUS


The purpose of this letter is to seek for an opportunity to change School Campuses
from BAC Francistown to BAC Gaborone.
I am currently a first year student in Computer Systems Engineering. As an
averagely performing student academically, my grades have dropped drastically.
This as a result has led to the recorded case of depression. To mitigate the situation
of my dropping results, I got a few of the tutors in Gaborone whom I have to meet
weekly but due to the long and strenuous travels, I miss some lessons. Thus
continuing to negatively affect my grades. Changing to the Gaborone Campus
would be quite advantageous academically looking at the close proximity of me and
my tutors. Being close to home will also be an added advantage as the close
guidance and monitoring from my parents will urge me to do better in class. Im just
a student that wants to do his best in school but the present environment does not
make it easy for me to do so.
Please find also attached in this with this letter, the reported case of depression
from the Social Worker at Athlone Hospital. I look forward to your response on my
request to change canpuses and possibly discuss this matter even further.
