Typical Cheating.

1. I have cheated on a quiz

2. I have cheated on a major exam

3. I am tempted to look at the paper of my seatmate

during a quiz.

4. I have copied the answers of my seatmate during an exam.

5. I copy the assignment/s of others

6. I collaborate with others on an assignment when asked for an individual work.

7. I borrow the copy of the submitted assignments of others and copy it.

8. I give leakage to the quiz to those who have not taken the exam yet.

9. I use notes during a quiz

10. I ask somebody to do my assignment for me

11. I am tempted to cheat when I see my classmates cheat in the exam

12. My classmates/ peers influence my attitude towards cheating.

Professional Misconduct.

1. The attitude of the educator towards cheating affects student’s behavior with regards to it.
2. Students are more prone to commit cheating if the instructor is not teaching at all.

3. Student’s likelihood to commit fraudulent acts increases whenever a instructor commits a

undesirable act.

4. I will cheat if the instructor is not respectable.

5. Cheating is rampant because of professional misconduct.

6. It is more desirable to cheat if the instructor repeatedly commits misconduct.

7. Cheating is rampant because the teaching methods are inadequate.

Fabrication.

1. I prefer to falsify the data for it to have a relation to the topic being investigated.

2. I am supplying inaccurate authors and books whenever I am doing my written reports

3. If ever the information needed for the citation is insufficient, I usually fabricate and

falsify the data.

Attitude.

1. I do not care how will I pass, all I care is to pass the test.
2. It is easier to cheat than to review.

3. I prefer to use notes than to copy from my seat mates.

4. It is way better to cheat than to fail the test.

5. My seatmates usually encourage me to cheat during exams.

6. When I saw my seatmates cheat, it gives me the reason to cheat also.

7. It is alright to cheat if majority of my classmates are cheating.

8. I cheat during evaluation exams because I’m tired to review due to the long hours of

duty.

Sabotage.

1. I am giving out wrong information to my classmates so that they can get lower scores

during exams.

2. I am giving inadequate information to my classmates so that they can get lower scores

during exams.

3. If my classmates asked me if we will have a test next meeting, I usually said no so that

they will have low scores during exams.

Academic and clinical dishonesty.

1. Cheating is not just rampant in the school setting, but also in the clinical area.

2. It is harder to commit academic dishonesty in the clinical area than in the classroom.

3. Class schedule has something to with the occurrence of cheating.

4. Cheating is more common in the school setting.
