INCREAMENT NOTICE IN HOUSE RENT


I hereby write to notify you that with effect from January
2017 the house rent has been increase from twelve
thousand (N12,000) to fifteen thousand (N15,000) per
room. Anyone who cannot affort should please vacate
immediately.
