AFFIDAVIT
I, AMIEL GUILE G. ELIGORES, of legal age, Filipino,
and residing at # 18 B Interior Rimando Road, Baguio City,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do
hereby depose and state that:
1. I am the son of the late PO3 PEDRO A. ELIGORES,
JR.;
2. When my mother MARY ROSE G. ELIGORES and my
father separated, my mother left me and I remained in
my grandmothers (Teresita A. Zarate) house in
Rimando Road, Baguio City;
3. Up to this very moment, I am still living with my
lola, my uncles and her relatives in the same house
where I grew up;
4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truth of the
foregoing facts.
