PREAMBLE
We, the officers and the members of

the

Camarines Norte State College - Junior Biology Teaching Association of the


Philippines, Inc., imploring the aid of our Almighty God, in order to build an
autonomous and genuine organization that shall inspire us to reinvigorate our
formation as a productive member of society, developing self intellectual,
essential skills, and embody our ideals, the noble vision of the humane society
where values and attitudes percieved the higher learning to work efficiently,
promotes the advancement of rights and welfare; have a healthy competition
and cooperation, do solemnly ordain and promulgate this Constitution and ByLaws.
