choice cut meats and encased in our unique home-made
Aussie crust, the one with the flaky pastry top.

The Australian Pasty
It is to vegetable lovers what a pie is to meat lovers.
Not to be confused with burlesque pasties, the famed
pasty was introduced by early Cornish settlers. Its shape
comes from the clever Cornish creating a disposable
pastry handle for their miners dirty hands to hold.

Dundee Turkey
A delightful combination said to drive many to go walkabout. Generous
