moving the piano, we
could possibly bang it on
the doors causing

when using the blue

4. In the Media department,
there is a risk of walking
into the equipment in
there such as the lights
and ending up breaking

might trip over them and
ending up falling into
something else.
St
5. When outside taking
pictures on the wall,
there will be people
walking around which
might disturb our
photoshoot.
St
Removing all of the cables out of
the way and hanging them onto the
walls. Removing the equipment
out of the way and putting them to
one side such as speakers and
microphones.
Asking the music teacher- Chris
Phelps if he could assist us
when moving the equipment so
that we do not disturb any
equipment that was set up by
the A2 students.
Making sure we take it slowly
when taking the piano out of its
room and we have other people
holding the doors and directing us.
Asking Lee- the technician to
assist us when moving the
piano because he knows how
the process works.
Making sure we are as quiet as we
can when doing the photoshoot.
Maj
Ps
We will need to remove everything
we do not need out of the way so
that we can have space to move
around freely.
Min
Pr
We need to wait till all of the
students have cleared up- this
could mean that we might have to
wait till after college when
everyone has left and then we can
take the pictures without being
disturbed.
We could also have Raz or
Richard to assist us whilst
doing the photoshoot so that
nothing goes wrong..
