Management reviews must be conducted at planned intervals to verify the continuing suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system. Management Review Guidelines

Requirement 1. Conduct Management Review at planed Interval to verify the continuing


suitability and effectiveness of the quality management system.
Guide to compliance:
Schedule of the conduct of management review must follow a strategic purpose,
planed interval means schedule must be determined to meet the objectives of
knowing whether the QMS is still suitable and effective.
Since we have to meet the objective of the review, appropriate timing when the
review should be held must be considered (e.g. approximately 2 months after
Internal Audit, After conduct of Analysis of Data, enough time to allow plans and
systems had been implemented). The organization will decide the periodic
intervals (e.g. once a year, twice a year, quarterly) but taking into consideration of
the effectiveness of the frequency.
