Connection Settings:
1. Hyper Terminal Using Com Port:

Set port settings as shown

Hyper Terminal Using IP address:

To set DATE:
date 30 06 09 2
To set TIME:
time 15 45 00
Adding FLC & DCC Cards:
FLC cards are for Analog Subscribers
DCC cards are for Digital Keysets
add
card 3
FLC ( 3 indicates 3rd Slot Number)
After this command Press RESET button on the card.
In the same way repeat for other cards also.
Assigning Numbers to the ports:
set port 03 00 62500 (In 3 shelf for 00 port assign
62500 number)
This command is used to define a single port

After a successful completion of the above steps Hyper Terminal asks


for login password

In order to define 62500 62599 the above command becomes


complex.
So we use the Repeat command as follows:

incrementing 4 and 5 variables in set port command.

Dial 7000 and check if dial tone is extended from BZA
Add that port to trunk as follows
