Additional drivers can be added for EUR 11.35 per day.

Any additional drivers must be present when you collect the car. All drivers must meet
our conditions of rental. See the Driver Licence/ID and Age Requirement sections for
full details.

Taking your vehicle outside the country

Vehicles may be driven within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, but may
not be taken off the mainland.
You may take the vehicle into Northern Ireland for no additional charge, as long as the
vehicle is returned to the Republic of Ireland. It is also possible to return your vehicle to
a Budget rental location in Northern Ireland, an additional charge of EUR 150.00 will
apply.

Cancellations and No Show Charges

If you make a Pay on Arrival booking and do not collect your vehicle a fee of EUR
40.00 will apply. If you no longer need your vehicle cancel your booking more than
before the pick-up time to avoid this charge.

Waiver and protection options

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

Collision Damage Waiver reduces your liability if the vehicle is damaged. If the vehicle
is damaged you will pay the cost of repair up to the excess amount.
CDW is included in most rates sold on Budget websites.
CDW is available at this location. The costs and excess charges are detailed in the table
below. If your rate includes CDW this cost is already included in your rental price.
If an INCLUSIVE rate or CDW is purchased a damage excess from EUR1500.00 to
EUR3000.00 applys, depending on car type. If excess wavier cover is declined a
pre-authorisation is sought on the renters credit card for the value of the excess amount
If an EXCLUSIVE rate (and CDW not purshased) the excess will be a full value of the
car. A pre-authoriation of EUR5,000.00 will be taken on the renters credit card. There
is an administration fee of EUR28.38 (incl vat) for this.

Excess Waiver (SCDW)

SCDW reduces the excess you would pay if the vehicle is damaged. The reduced
excess is shown in the table below. SCDW is also known as Excess [Link]
damage excess ranges from EUR 1500.00 to EUR 3000.00 depending on the vehicle
type. If the excess cover is declined, a pre-authorisation is sought on the renters credit
card for the value of the excess amount.
Theft Protection (TP)
Theft Protection reduces your liability if the vehicle is stolen (subject to an excess). The
costs and excess charges are detailed in the table below. If your rate includes Theft
Protection this cost is already included in your rental price.
If an EXCLUSIVE rate (and TP is not purchased), the excess charge payable will be the
full value of the vehicle.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
Personal Accident Insurance will be offered to drivers at the rental location. PAI costs
EUR 9.08 per day.
The maximum coverage in case of disability (per person) is EUR 25,000.00
The maximum coverage in case of death (per person) is EUR 25,000.00
Third Party Liability
Third Party Liability covers drivers in case of damage, including damage to passengers
and their property, when using a Budget vehicle.
Third party liability is included in the rental price.
Maximum coverage in case of damage to property is unlimited.
Maximum coverage in case of personal injury is unlimited.
Maximum coverage in case of death is unlimited.
WINDSCREEN PROTECTION (WS)
Windscreen Protection is available for EUR 2.50 per day.

Drivers license and ID requirements

Each driver must show proof of identity at the start of the rental. All drivers must
present a full unendorsed driving licence, held for a minimum of 2 years at the start of
the rental.
In addition to this, when renting the following car groups, drivers must have been
eligible to hold a valid driving licence for the number of years specified:Cars groups ,A,B,C,D,F,M,O,P = 8 years
Car group J = 10 years
Car groups G,I,K = 12 years

Customers with the new photo card drivers license must produce both the photo card
and its paper counterpart.
Visitors from overseas must produce a driving license issued in their country of
permanent residence, along with a translation in to English(where appropriate for
licences in different alphabets)
Only the renters or drivers approved by Budget are permitted to drive the vehicle.

Fuel charges

Vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental. To avoid
refuelling charges please return the car with a full tank of fuel.
If the fuel tank is not full we will fill the tank and charge you for the fuel. Fuel is
charged at market price plus tax.

Collecting and returning your vehicle

The driver must present proof of identity when collecting the vehicle. Please see the
Driving Licence/ID Requirements section for more information.
During Office Hours
If you are delayed and arrive outside of office hours due to a delayed flight no
additional charge will apply. This only applies if you enter your flight number when
booking. We will meet all scheduled flights free of charge.
If you are late we will guarantee your rental for 4 hours. After this time your reserved
car may be released and rented to another customer.
Out of Office Hours - Collection
Sorry, this service is not available at this location.
Out of Office Hours - Return
If the vehicle is returned outside of office hours the driver is liable for damage or theft
until the car has been inspected by a member of Budget staff.
You may return the vehicle out of hours if you request this at the time of booking.
