Nowadays, cleaning rabbit waste consume much energy especially in


labor work, since the cleaning process were done manually. Cleaning
process were done by using tool such as scope and uses human energy. Such
way of cleaning is not really suitable for larger industries since cleaning area
are much bigger. Therefore, we come out with new solution to overcome this
situation. Furthermore, by using catia software we design a roller which can
clean rabbit waste efficient.

Objectives

The aim of bunny cleaning process are by using Catia software V5R20:

To design a rabbit waste cleaner system, in term of suitable


material handling compared to method used nowadays.
To thoroughly understand the designing component of product
and finite analysis by using Computer Aided Design (CAD)
software, CATIA software version 5, Revision 20 (V5R20)
To improve and develop the material handling that more
effectively operate, reduce time and cost consumption.
To provide the product that is ergonomic and user friendly also
bring environmental hygiene to the cage area
