Customer Awareness of Bank Accounts

A t-test was conducted to analyze customer awareness of deposit schemes and account information at Bank of Baroda. The t-test compared customer responses on awareness of saving account types, benefits of Aadhar seeding, and types of current accounts to a test value of 1. It found that customers were significantly more aware of Aadhar benefits but significantly less aware of current account types. The null hypothesis that customers are not aware was rejected.
