Teacher's Commitment and Communication Issues

A teacher sent a message on Facebook criticizing another teacher, which negatively impacted students and could upset parents. While venting to a few friends may not be an issue, publicly posting to many people about another teacher was inappropriate. The teacher should send another message apologizing for the original post and acknowledging her mistake as a new teacher who may have impacted students.
