Classroom Scientific Resources & Activities

This document discusses using scientific resources in the classroom and exploring activities to develop mathematical skills. It includes a table listing scientific resources like magnifying glasses and the scientific skills they can develop, such as observing details. Another table shows different learning styles like auditory, visual, and kinesthetic and subject areas where they are used, for example reading stories and acting out words. The document asks questions about which learning styles children seem to enjoy and why teachers incorporate different styles, and finds examples of repeating activities across styles.

Notice which activities are repeated with a variety of learning styles e.g. read
a story, listen to a story, act the story, draw the story. Can you find other
