Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze
why you think it worked well and what hints you would share with other
teachers about the successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style
etc.

I think the one aspect that I did very well, was voice control. Because my voice was loud
and all the students could hear me.
I recommend the teachers to have a loud voice always because the loud voice grab the
children attention more.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires


attention. Discuss what the problem was, why it occurred and what action
you intend to take to be more successful in the next lesson.

The one aspect that needs attention is having a good conservation with the students in the
circle time, because sometimes there are some students who want to share their stories but
I ignore or stop them because it looks for me like they are interrupting me.

Next time I will try to pick up the students who have stories to tell, and try to engage the
stories to the lesson.

Personal focus for next lesson:
