Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze why you
think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers about the
successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.
I feel that I had fun activities planned out, because the students looked so excited to work on
them and seemed to understand the concept even better after the activities. I would
recommend to create activities based on how your students prefer to learn whether its through
building or worksheets, whichever way you feel is most effective towards their understanding.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention. Discuss
what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to take to be more
successful in the next lesson.
I was all over the place, because each activity required a bit of supervision to ensure that they
understand what theyre doing. I will create activities that only require minimal supervision so
that I can walk around them at a steady pace.
