Firstly, discuss one aspect that YOU feel you did very well. Try to analyze why you
think it worked well and what hints you would share with other teachers about the
successful strategy/ resource/activity/management style etc.
I feel that I achieved good classroom management, because all the students followed my
instructions well and understood what was happening. I would recommend asking questions
and pretending to think hard, making students feel smart because they know the answer.

Secondly, elaborate on the aspect identified by YOU that requires attention. Discuss
what the problem was, why it occurred and what action you intend to take to be more
successful in the next lesson.
I was a little lacking in enthusiasm, I had drained out all my energy playing with the students
during their playground time and also guarding the monkey bars so that students dont fall off. I
will work hard to build up my stamina so that I can do all that and still be energetic and
enthusiastic for the lesson.

Personal focus for next lesson:

Enthusiasm
