Overcoming Perfectionism in Teamwork

Weaknesses

I have a hard time letting an assignment go or sharing a task with


others because Im always convinced that I can do it all on my own and
that asking for help will be taken as a sign of weakness. This has led to
me taking on assignments that have overwhelmed me and resulted in
me being frustrated and angry. It hasnt been easy learning to let go,
but Ive been working on trusting others and sharing the
responsibilities for assignments and as a result, have been able to
really accomplish some incredible things. Well, most of my early
assignments were presentation, and if Im not to be mistaken, my
presentation group always get the best score. I think that is an
incredible things because I know that all of my friends doesnt share
the same ability or knowledge, meaning everybodys different. So, to be
able to take them to their A game, it is very satisfying for me.

Greatness

Perfectionist (very meticulous about details)


A good time manager (very efficient, never late)
