Annotated Bibliography
Fun Brain. (2016).

Fun Brain is a website that is intended for grades kindergarten to 8th grade. It is a website
that has educational games on it, to make learning fun for students. I chose to look up 3rd
grade language arts websites, and fun brain has different kinds of games for math and
language arts. The author is not specified, but it does indicate that Family Education
Network publishes it. Also, Fun brain indicates that it is an ongoing website that they stay
up to date. There is no way to contact the author of this website.
Richman, Jacob. (2016).

This Vocabulary website is intended for any student around the world to learn English
vocabulary. It has games and resources that are all about vocabulary, and it breaks each
game or resource down by topic of vocabulary, such as root word, homophones, and parts
of speech. The author of this website has created other websites that can be used for math
and writing for all grade levels. There is a way to contact the author of the website, and it
appears to be up to date with information.
Brooks, Susan. Byles, Bill. (2016).

Internet4classrooms is not that appealing to the eye, and it says that it is intended for
students kindergarten to 8th grade. However, I do not believe this website would appeal to
many students in that range. The website does have good content pertaining to the subject
of language arts, and it does have games to play as well as resources to study. There is a
way to contact the authors of the page, and it is up to date with information.
Abcya. (2016)
[Link]
Abcya is a very vibrant website that is intended for students grade kindergarten to 5th
grade. There is no author listed, and no way to contact the author. However, it does say
that they have been featured in five various popular news outlets. This website has games
that focus on language arts in various grade levels, and makes learning fun. The website
appears to be up to date.

UEN. (2016)
[Link]
UEN is a website that is intended for students in grades 3rd to 6th, and it has a lot of
various games pertaining to language arts. There is no author listed, but it does give a
way to contact the authors of the website. The only draw back to the website is you need
three different plug-ins, Java Software, Shockwave, and Flash, to properly run the games
listed on the website. The website is up to date on their information.
