Observe more lessons
Preparedness: How does the teacher make sure the students are prepared for
the day?
Through to understand the meaning of the title of the lesson (for
example, measure). What is a measure? What are the words that
express the measurement? (the answer: long, short, tall, big and
small).
Pace and flow: How does s/he make sure all students are involved and attentive?
When the teacher repeats the questions for who did not participate
with her in the beginning of the lesson or the class.
Transitions: How does s/he get student attention? Keep their attention and move
to the next task?
She gives them the instruction and how they do this activity, then
when they do the activity and the times up the teacher says hands at
top and the students reply her and say that means stop, and then
the learners be ready to the next activity when they change the
groups.
Behaviour: How does s/he deal with misbehavior?
The teacher repeats the rules for them again and if he/she misbehavior
again she change his/her place.
Encouragement: How does s/he interact with students/as a group/individually
e.g. praise, self-confidence, humour, support
She praises them and told the students to be like this child or these
children, and she give them a high five.

When I ask some questions, and to compare who/which is the
short and the tall? Also when they do the activity I see them if
they do right or wrong way.
