What could be done differently?


More time could be assigned to each task, as the project finished quite
early and there is more time that could be spent to improve the quality of
the deliverables. The pay could also be increased to improve workers
morale since the current project is more than $84,000 under budget.
We were too conservative in project planning and when we found out we
had a lot more leeway than we had expected, it was too late to change
much of the resources or improving time management and allocating
more time for certain tasks.
