Position:Technical Lead / Technical Manager

Manage

several simultaneous agile product development projects through


the full life-cycle. Track user stories and defects.
Ensure development process is followed.
Report project status to peers, executives, and customers.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Account Managers to define
project scope, schedule, and resources.
Organize peer reviews for designs, code, and other work products.
Enforce quality standards including: code conventions, unit testing, static
analysis, revision control.
Coordinate with QA/QC staff for product functional and system testing.
Recommend product, process, and tooling improvements.
Manage staff training plans and mentor direct reports for career
development.
Conduct annual employee reviews for direct reports.
