SELF REFLECTION QUESTIONS

Who do you admire most and why (living or dead)?

What are the characteristics that you admire?

Describe a time when you were happiest.

Briefly state your vision of the life and work you wish for your kids. Not what you
hope to provide for your children, but what you hope for them to have in their lives,
especially their adult lives, independently of you. If you dont intend to have kids,
imagine the life you wish for your nieces and nephews or give advice to any other
child, real or symbolic, you can envision.

Describe your idea of a perfect world, in the present tense, as if its already in effect.
Examples: Everyone is expressing kindness. Everyone is expressing happiness.
Everyone is living according to their highest selves. Everyone is working
productively and is fulfilled.

Looking back at your life, what have you been most committed to? (e.g. financial
success, family, peace, freedom, adventure, fulfilling employment, friendship).

What are you most committed to now and in the future?
