The solar system consists of the Sun and everything that orbits around it. There are 8 planets that orbit the Sun - Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. The planets vary in size, composition, and conditions. Earth stands out as the only known planet that supports life. Other objects in the solar system include natural satellites like the Moon, asteroids, meteoroids, and comets.

Solar system

1) Sun
Sun is a star that gives out light and heat.
It is the biggest constituent in our system galaxy
2) Planets
There are eight planets in our solar systems.
All planets revolve around sun and rotate on its own axis.

Nearest to sun
No atmosphere
the surface consists of crater and
very high temperature

Second planet from sun


The nearest to earth
Size and mass almost the same with earth
Heat trapped in atmosphere
The hottest planet in solar system

Third planet from sun


Surrounded by atmosphere that has air, water and suitable temperature
The only planet that has living things.

Mars

Fourth planet from sun


Second smallest planet
Surrounded by thin layer of atmosphere that consists of carbon dioxide.
Known as red planet because the surface covered by red dust

The biggest planet


Formed from gas
A big red spot clearly see on its surface
Surrounded by colourful ring
Very cold

Saturn

Second biggest planet

Look yellowish
Formed from gas
Surrounded by three colourful rings
Very cold

Planet that appeared greenish blue because the presence of methanol gas
in atmosphere
Surrounded by small dark rings
The coldest planet

The furthest planet from sun


Surrounded by a set of unclear ring
Covered by sea of methanol liquid
Almost the same cold with Uranus
All planets rotate with different speed
Venus rotate clockwise, while other planets rotate anti-clockwise
Uranus rotate on its sisi
Natural satellites
Natural satellites is the constituents that revolve around planets
Do not give out heat and light, but reflects sun slight
All planets has different number of natural satellites. Mercury and venus
do not have atural satellites.
Moon is the natural satellite for earth.
Asteroids
More smaller constituents from planets
Consists of metals and rocks
The asteroids belts is between mars orbit and Jupiter orbit
Meteroids are the serpihan of asteroids that are accident.
These meteroids that go into our atmosphere will burn and gives out light
cause by the friction with air.
The light formed names as meteors
Meteors that terhempas on earth surface we called as meteorites.

Many meteor finish burning before terhempas on earth surface.


Comets
The ice cube that consists of frozen gas and debu.
Comets revolve around sun in the very big orbits.
When comet come close to sun, the ice will be heated that changed to gas
The gas expand then gives out long light like tail.
The famous comet is halley comets that make complete revolve around sun
every 75-76 year
