APPLICATION FORM
A Minor in Science is available to students pursuing an Honours or Major program in the Faculty
of Science. It requires the completion of at least 18 upper-level credits in a single subject.
Approval must be obtained from a department or program advisor in the students Honours or
Major discipline as well as an advisor in the area of the Minor. Once completed, this form must
be submitted to the Science Advising Office for review.
RESTRICTION: If the area of specialization of the Minor overlaps excessively with the course of
study for the Major or Honours, then approval will not be granted.
