Interactive Notebook/Cuaderno Interactivo Estudiantil

Interactive Notebook set up: We will set up your interactive notebook so you can be ready
to use it. None of the first pages will be numbered the first page is not "page 1." Numbered
pages come after all of the following stuff (or on the eleventh page).

FRONT OF BOOK
STEP 1: First page: ID page (name, class period, my room number, etc.)
STEP2: Second-Third pages: Table of Contents

STEP 3: Number all pages

Example: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on
STEP 4: Course Guide & Expectations
Pages 1-2 "Class Policies and Expectations"
We will use the right side for input and left side for output, I'm going to go through the pages in
that order.

Page 2 is for the course expectations. We will begin setting your interactive notebook. The first
thing that goes in is my Classroom Expectations. . This gets taped down to page 2 using four
pieces of tape in the corners as shown below. I will show you an example on the ELMO so you
know exactly where to put it and how to tape it.
Page 1 is where you will process the information. In other words all activities will be on the left
and notes on the right side.
Trace your hand on the construction paper I will provide. In each of the finders write one of the
most information things you should know about our class. Have fun with it! Tomorrow you must

bring a notebook (Three- Subject Wirebound Notebooks) to class so you can glue or tape your
hand cut-out to page one.

STEP 5: Sobre mi! About me! You can personalize your notebook cover.
