LLC/Carolina Retail. He has acted both as a tenant representative for
companies such as Little Caesars, Cache, Trek, Cellular Sales, Verizon,
Meineke/Maaco, ZPizza and many others. Mr. Rose also has a wealth of
experience representing landlords who have been successful selling net
lease properties such as Family Dollar, Verizon, Titlemax, industrial
properties and office buildings.

JJ Lamberson, President
The TRC team is led by JJ Lamberson, TRCs founder and President. JJ
oversees and is active in all aspects of the company.
Prior to forming TRC, JJ was a partner in several grocery-anchored and
lifestyle shopping centers throughout the Southeast. He also served in
various positions including VP and CFO of a regional real estate development
and investment banking firm for 10 years, participating in the financing,
development and asset management (including disposition) of over 50
shopping centers in 8 states. These projects totaled over 3 million square
feet and were valued at over $360 million.
This core team is supported by a larger group of real estate professionals
with a combined 150 years of experience. This team includes CCIMs, CDPs,
members of ICSC, MLS and brokers in VA, NC, SC, GA, FL and TN. TRC brings
