BOARD RESOLUTION
During the recently concluded meeting of the Officers, Board
Members
and Faculty Representatives of Caloocan City Science High School General
Parent-Teacher
Association (GPTA) last August 5, 2016 held at the CCSHS office of the
Principal, the need for Utility Personnel for the school maintenance was
discussed and the following resolutions were proposed and approved upon.
WHEREAS, it was agreed upon that GPTA shall hire two (2) utility
personnel starting this 2nd quarter for school year 2016-2017 and that payment
for their services shall be collected from the CCSHS parent; and
WHEREAS, Php 100.00 per quarter from each parent shall be collected
through the respective Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) class treasurer who
shall then forward said collection to the PTA Treasurer.
RESOLVED, that the Officers, Board Members and Faculty
Representatives of Caloocan City Science High School GPTA have agreed upon
the hiring of (2) utility personnel and payment for their services be collected
from CCSHS parent amounting to Php 100.00 per
quarter.
The undersigned, Officers, Board Members of GPTA-Caloocan City
Science High School, hereby consent to and adopt in writing the following
resolutions as of the
___day of August, 2016 at Caloocan City Science High School, Caloocan City.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE here unto set our hands and affixed our
signatures this ____day of August 2016, at Caloocan City, Metro Manila,
