Dual Boot Ubuntu with Windows 8 UEFI

The document provides instructions for installing Ubuntu alongside a pre-existing Windows 8 installation on a computer with UEFI and Secure Boot enabled. Key steps include creating free space for Ubuntu within Windows 8, using a 64-bit Ubuntu version from 12.04.2 or later, and following the listed installation process precisely. Newer versions of Ubuntu like 15.04 may detect and install alongside Windows automatically without additional steps needed.

Ihadsometroubledocumentedhere.
ThesolutionwhichIchosefornowwastoinstallUbuntuinBIOSmodeandleaveWindows8in

Theonlyproblem(moreanannoyance)isthateverytimeIwanttochangesystemIneedtogoto
