Using LOS Map
Changing Views
Using Filters
View ABO or Contact Lists:
Run a Standard Filter:
1. Click the desired view in the Display options
1. Choose a filter from the Filter Drop-down List
Some filters will prompt you to enter more information
Create a custom filter to apply more than one criteria
(filter for ABO PV and city for example)
Switch from ABO Tree View to List View:
1. Click List View to view selected ABOs in list format
2. Click Tree View to return to the Tree View
Note: If no ABOs are selected, List View will display
all ABOs
Expand the Entire LOS Tree:
1. Click + or - in the column header to expand
or collapse your entire LOS
Working with Columns
Sort Columns:
1. Switch to List View
2. Click a Column Heading to sort
3. Click again to change the sort direction
Modify Columns:
1. Select Modify My Column View
2. Select a Column from the Available Columns list
3. Click Add or Remove
4. Click Save

Create a Custom Filter:
1. Select Create
2. Enter a Custom Filter Name
3. Choose the Time Frame
4. Set Criteria
5. Click Save & Run or Run Once
Note: Saved Filters appear in Filter Drop-Down List
Edit a Custom Filter:
1. Select a Custom Filter from the drop-down list
2. Select Edit
3. Make changes and click Save & Run
Search Your Contacts:
1. Click in the Search Field
2. Type the Name or ID# number
3. Search will begin to auto-fill your request
4. Select a displayed name

View PV/BV Calculated Totals:
1. Open ABO Profile
2. Click PV/BV Tab on ABO Profile
Create Mailing Labels:
3. View PV/BV Overview or PV/BV Inquiry
to view detailed information
1. Choose an Individual or Leg from your list
2. Click Mailing Labels Icon
3. Click Print to open a print ready PDF file
Export Selected Contacts:
1. Choose an Individual or Leg from your list
2. Click Export
Select Contacts
Select an ABO or Contact:
1. Select the Individual Checkbox in front
of their name
Select an ABO and their Downline:
3. Select desired Format
1. Select the Leg Checkbox in front of the desired
ABO in the Tree View
4. Click Export
Create a Saved Contact List:
Open a Downlines LOS in a New
Window:
1. Choose an Individual or Leg from your list
1. Select the LOS Symbol

3. Enter list name in Saved List Name field
to open the entire

4. Click Create
