teachers like him.

Sabrina is a helpful girl. She comes from a poor family. Sabrina has two brothers
and three sisters. Her father is a rubber tapper.
1C:
Encik Azman is a hardworking man. He is a lawyer. He works in a lawyer firm in
town. All the people like him very much.
1D:
Roslan is a naughty boy. He never listens to anybodys advice. All his friends and
teachers do not like him.
Sample 2:

Halim, who is as hardworking as an ant, lives in a small house located in the heart
of the town. He is an obedient boy and is in the good books of his friends and
teachers.

Sabri, who is a brilliant and diligent boy comes from a poor family. He lives in an
old dilapidated house located in the outskirts of Malacca. His family lives from
hand to mouth. His father is a sweeper in the wholesale market near his house.

bungalow. Her father is a famous doctor and her mother is a lawyer in a leading
firm in Kuala Lumpur. Once in a blue moon, her parents will bring her for

trouble. He lives in a beautiful house located beside a waterfall. He studies in

Roshan is a boy who enjoys swimming very much. Every Saturday, he goes to the
swimming pool near his house to practise swimming and he represents his school
in various swimming competitions. He is very brave and helpful too. He likes
helping his friends when they are in trouble.

Sofia, who has a heart of gold, lives in a big bungalow located in the outskirts of
Malacca town. She always likes to give a helping hand to the poor and needy.

Ah Chong, who is a naughty boy, lives three doors away from Normans house. He
never listens to his parents advice. He is a pain in the neck and always gets into
hot soup. Ah Chong is also not in the good books of his teachers and friends.

Fauzi, who is my cousin, is ten years old. He is active and mischievous. He lives in
a village which is 5 kilometres away from his school. Fauzi walks to school every
day.

Shamsul, who lives in my village, comes from a family of seven children. He is


twelve years old and studies in the village school. Shamsul was in the company of
bad hats in the village by staying out late every night.

Gopal, Seng Kee and Ahmad are classmates. They are good friends who enjoy
doing outdoor activities together. They live in the neighbourhood which is not far
from the sea.

Elina, who is my classmate, enjoys reading during her free time. She will borrow
any reading materials such as books and magazines to read. She says reading will
widen her knowledge.

Aaron, who is my classmate, is good in drawing. Everyone admires his drawings


and wish they too could draw. He draws cartoons very well.

Cindy, who is my classmate, lives near a row of shop houses. She loves to rear
animals and she enjoys going to the pet shop which is about two kilometres away
from her house.

Pak Ali, who is a hardworking man, lives in my village. He is a poultry farmer and
he rears chickens and ducks in his farm which is nearby a river.

Mr Chan, who is a caring man, is a dedicated teacher in Sekolah Kebangsaan Ulu


Tiram. He is forty-five years old and he loves his family very much. He always
spends his free time with his beloved family in the weekends.

beautiful river. It has 250 pupils who enjoy doing social activities. They had done
a _________ campaign a few months ago and had collected money to help the
unfortunate.

Malacca is a historical city. It is a city with many historical places to visit. Malacca
is also famous for its different races. The present day Portuguese are descendants
of the first Portuguese who arrived in Malacca. Every year, tourists from far and
near visit this place.
